- 10 3/4 fluid ounces white cooking wine
- 1 cup water
- 1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained

Season the pork chops with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper, then heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chops until they develop a nice golden-brown crust on both sides; remove from heat and drain excess oil

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mushroom soup, red wine, water, and sliced mushrooms until well combined.

Gently fold the soup mixture into the pork chops, cover the pan with a lid, and let it simmer over low heat for approximately an hour or until the chops reach tender perfection
