- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches, with juice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, ground ginger, and garlic powder in a glass bowl or casserole dish. Place the pork inside the dish, cover it and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat a significant amount of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork, marinade, and onion to the wok, stirring constantly until the meat is cooked through. Introduce the carrot and broccoli into the mixture and cook for a few minutes, then add the peaches with their juice. Bring the entire mixture to a rolling boil.
