- 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- ground black pepper to taste

Separate the lettuce, pear slices, and pomegranate seeds into two separate serving containers and blend them together with a light touch.

Combine the vegetable oil, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, mustard, honey, and pepper in a cooking vessel. Heat it over high heat until it reaches boiling point, then lower the temperature and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the dressing has reached a slightly thicker consistency, approximately 2 minutes. Pour the warm dressing over your salads and serve.
