- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, or 190 degrees Celsius.

To begin preparing your dish, grease an 11x7x2-inch baking pan with oil.

Next, create a single layer of cooked polenta in the bottom of your prepared baking pan.

Spread a thin, even layer of pesto sauce over the polenta.

Following that, pour half of your prepared sauce over the polenta layer.

Add another layer of polenta on top, followed by a similar amount of sauce.

Place your dish in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, leaving it uncovered.
