- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fill a large pot with water that has been lightly seasoned with salt, then place it on the stovetop and bring to a rolling boil. Cook egg noodles in this boiling water until they are tender but still retain some firmness when bitten into, approximately 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside for further use.

Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Heat a medium-sized skillet over high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir the beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic in this hot skillet until the beef is nicely browned and crumbles easily, taking around 5 to 7 minutes. Remove any excess fat from the skillet using a paper towel.

Stir in the cooked egg noodles, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and milk until everything is well combined.
