Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
Ingredients
  • cooking spray
  • 8 ounces beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza dough
  • 12 slices white American cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of four hundred degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to two hundred degrees Celsius.
2
Next, spray a cooking vessel with a non-stick cooking spray to prevent food from sticking.
3
Add sliced beef sirloin to the prepared skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it develops a brown exterior and is slightly pink in the center, taking around three to four minutes. Remove the sirloin from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
4
Spray the same skillet with melted butter-flavored cooking spray to add extra flavor. Add sliced mushrooms, onions, and green bell peppers to the skillet; cook and stir until they start to soften and turn tender, approximately five minutes.
5
Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet and spread it evenly to form the base of your dish. Sprinkle shredded American cheese over the dough.
6
Add the cooked beef sirloin, followed by a spoonful of the sautéed mushroom mixture, on top of the American cheese layer. Finish with a sprinkle of Mexican cheese blend.
7
Bake your dish in the preheated oven until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly, taking around fifteen to twenty minutes.
