- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and black pepper to taste

Heat the oven's high-temperature component, commonly referred to as the broiler, to its maximum setting.

Spread half of the provided dairy product on top surface of frozen beef cutlet. Sprinkle half of each of the following items - a savory sauce made from fermented anchovies, a paste containing protein and enzymes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper - on top of the dairy product. Position the beef cutlet in a metal container designed for cooking.

Expose the beef cutlet to the high-temperature component of the oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Retrieve the beef cutlet from the oven and rotate it; apply the remaining dairy product, savory sauce, protein and enzyme paste, garlic, salt, and pepper to the top surface of the beef cutlet.

Return the beef cutlet to the high-temperature component of the oven, and continue cooking for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
