Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass bowl using 50 percent power for the initial 3 minutes. Subsequently, stir the chocolate thoroughly until it has cooled down to room temperature. Continue microwaving for an additional 3 minutes, and then stir again until the chocolate is no longer warm to the touch. Repeat this process of microwaving and stirring until the chocolate reaches a smooth consistency.
