Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe container using medium power, stirring every 30 seconds until it reaches a smooth consistency, approximately 5 to 6 minutes.

Crush candy canes into tiny fragments by placing them in a plastic bag or between two layers of waxed paper and using a mallet or rolling pin to break them down. Combine the crushed candy canes with the melted white chocolate, stirring until well combined.
