Combine the toasted oat cereal, cornflake cereal, and peanuts in a large bowl to create a crunchy base.

In a saucepan, melt the butter by heating it over medium heat. Add brown sugar and corn syrup to the saucepan, stirring until well combined. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for a few minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat source and stir in peanut butter until it's fully incorporated. Add vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until smooth and creamy.
