- 4 cups baby spinach, rinsed and dried
- 1/4 cup poppyseed salad dressing

Arrange a single layer of pecans on a baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out evenly, and roast them in the preheated oven until they start to develop a rich brown color, approximately 7-10 minutes.
