- 1 egg, beaten

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius.

Take a small bowl and combine 3 tablespoons of flour with brown sugar. Gently pour the mixture into the pie shell, followed by arranging peach halves cut-side up on top.

Take a separate medium-sized bowl and whisk together evaporated milk and egg until well combined. Carefully pour the mixture over the peaches.

Take another medium-sized bowl and mix together white sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour that remains from the initial mixture, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the pie.
