Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

Cut five squares of aluminum foil, each approximately one and a half times the length of an ear of corn. Position each ear of corn in the center of its corresponding piece of foil. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, ground black pepper, and fresh parsley in a bowl until they form a smooth, thick mixture.

Apply about 2 tablespoons of the mixture to each ear of corn. Wrap the aluminum foil around the corn, ensuring a secure seal. Arrange the corn on a baking sheet.
