- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Combine the potatoes, garlic, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and thoroughly mix until everything is well incorporated.

Heat a skillet made of cast-iron over medium-high heat. Add butter to the skillet and allow it to melt completely. Then, add the potatoes; cook them until they are evenly coated with butter, approximately 2 minutes. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
