Ingredients
- 3 zucchini
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Heat up the outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature, and lightly brush the metal grates with oil.

Cut the zucchini into six equal pieces by cutting each half in half lengthwise, resulting in three slices per zucchini.

Combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl, then spread the mixture evenly onto both sides of each zucchini slice. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on one side of each slice, and position the slices, cheese sides facing upwards, perpendicularly across the preheated grill to prevent them from slipping through.

Cook the zucchini on the grill for approximately 8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the slices are cooked through, leaving a visible impression from the heat.
