  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (57 grams)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Lemon slices for garnish
