Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seed meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. To prepare the baking sheet, cover it with a layer of parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Combine 1 cup of almond flour, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed meal, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Use your hands or a spoon to mix the ingredients until they are evenly blended.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl, stirring until the mixture forms a cohesive dough. The dough should be moist and hold its shape when pressed.

Transfer the dough to a prepared baking sheet, covering it with another layer of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into an even rectangle, approximately 1/16-inch thick.

Remove the top layer of parchment paper and use a knife or pastry cutter to trim the edges of the dough, creating an even rectangle. To achieve uniform thickness throughout, you can add excess dough to the corners or one end of the rectangle and re-roll it.

Cut the dough into 1-inch squares, keeping them attached to each other. This will help prevent them from breaking apart during baking.

Bake the crackers in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the outer edges are lightly browned. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, break the crackers into individual squares for serving.
