Next, take a baking sheet and lightly coat it with around one tablespoon of olive oil to prevent the slices from sticking.

Arrange a layer of sliced tomatoes on the prepared baking sheet, followed by a sprinkle of chopped rosemary and minced garlic to add flavor.
