  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved and seeded

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, which is equivalent to 175 degrees Celsius. To prevent the baking sheet from sticking, lightly coat it with a thin layer of olive oil.

Place the spaghetti squash on the prepared baking sheet, with its cut side facing downwards.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until the squash is tender and can be easily pierced with a fork, taking into account the size of your squash.

Once the squash is done, remove it from the oven and let it sit for a short while until it has cooled down enough to handle safely.

Using a fork, carefully scrape out the tender flesh of the squash and discard the skin.
