  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard

Next, carefully remove any excess fat from the ham using a sharp knife. Create a diamond pattern on the surface of the ham by making shallow cuts, approximately 1 inch apart. Place the ham in a roasting pan.

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients of maple syrup, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and mustard powder. Mix until the glaze is thoroughly blended.

Return the ham to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, ensuring that the glaze is evenly distributed. Repeat this process twice during the remaining time.
