- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons chile paste

Now, take a large baking dish measuring 8x12 inches and fill it with rice. Drizzle the contents of a canola oil bottle and a sesame oil bottle over the rice, making sure it is evenly coated. Add diced ham, chopped green onions, sliced bell peppers, grated carrots, frozen peas, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until you have a well-combined dish.

In a saucepan, bring a mixture of chicken broth, soy sauce, and chile paste to a rolling boil over high heat. Pour this hot liquid mixture over the rice, stirring it briefly to distribute the flavors evenly. Cover the baking dish tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
