  • 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced, or to taste
  • 2 carrots, sliced, or to taste

Preheat your oven to the highest temperature setting, which is 425 degrees F (or equivalently, 220 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with a layer of aluminum foil and spray it lightly with cooking spray for easy cleanup.

Take the chicken wings you're using and gently pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the wings to enhance their flavor.

Place a shallow dish in front of you and pour some flour into it. Then, take the chicken wings one by one and gently coat them with a thin layer of flour, making sure not to overdo it.
