- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 2 cups dry couscous
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Initiate the cooking process by pouring the vegetable broth into a large saucepan and placing it over high heat, allowing it to reach its boiling point. Next, add the butter to the saucepan and then introduce the apricots, dates, and raisins into the mixture. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the ingredients are well combined and heated through.
