- 1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®), or to taste
Instructions

Combine the diced tomatoes with water in a large cooking vessel, then add the kidney beans, corn, rotini, tofu, wheat germ, and hot pepper sauce to the mixture.

Bring the entire mixture to a rolling boil, then gradually decrease the heat to a lower simmering level.
