- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup chopped raisins

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

Next, prepare your muffin tin by either greasing it with a non-stick spray or lining each cup with a paper liner.

In a separate bowl, combine the wheat bran, flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk these dry ingredients together until they're well incorporated.

In another bowl, beat the eggs until they're smooth and creamy. Then, add in the yogurt, sugar, molasses, and applesauce to the eggs. Whisk everything together until it's a smooth consistency.

Now, gently fold in the bran mixture and chopped raisins into the yogurt mixture until there are no dry lumps left.
