Combine milk, eggs, flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor or blender until you have a uniform mixture.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, using cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour approximately one-quarter cup of the batter into the skillet and tilt it to evenly coat the surface. Cook until the bottom appears dry, approximately 30 seconds. Utilize a spatula to gently pry under the pancake and flip it over. Cook just until the other side is lightly browned, roughly 3 seconds. Move to a serving plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
