- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup couscous
- 8 cups water
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 potato, chopped
- 20 green beans, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon red chile powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk

Heat a saucepan over an intermediate temperature.

Melt the butter in the pot, allowing it to soften and become liquid-like. Introduce the onion into the pot; stir constantly until it loses its crunchiness and turns a translucent hue, approximately 5 minutes pass.

Combine the couscous with the onion; stir continuously until it develops a brownish color, roughly 5 minutes elapse.

Add the water, zucchini, potato, green beans, carrots, tomato puree, coriander, chile powder, cumin, and salt to the pot; bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Allow the ingredients to cook gently until they become tender, approximately 20 minutes are needed.
