  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Firstly, preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius. Next, take a moment to grease an 8-inch square baking dish with some cooking spray or butter.

Subsequently, fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt to it. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then proceed to cook egg noodles in it until they are tender but still retain some firmness when bitten into, which should take around 7 to 9 minutes.
