  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pasta sauce

Combine the canned tuna, grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and a beaten egg in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Shape into approximately 7 uniform patties.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Gently sear the patties in the hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
