- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Preheat your oven by setting the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler over gently simmering water, stirring occasionally to prevent burning, until they have fully melted and formed a smooth mixture, approximately 5 minutes.

Add cooked noodles and peanuts to the melted peanut butter mixture, stirring until well combined.

Spoon small portions of the dough onto the prepared tray using a fork, leaving enough space between each piece to allow for proper spreading during baking.

Allow the dough to cool at room temperature until it has hardened and set into its final shape.
