  • 4 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Melt the oil and butter in a medium-sized cooking vessel until it reaches a high temperature. Introduce the onion and garlic into the pan and cook them until they become transparent, approximately 5 minutes. Next, add the mushrooms to the pan and continue cooking until they are tender, roughly 5 minutes.

Subsequently, pour in a combination of broth, water, and wine into the pan. Add the tomato paste to the mixture and season it with pepper to taste. Allow the ingredients to heat up until they reach a uniform temperature, taking around 6 to 10 minutes.
