- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, or as needed
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/4 cup guacamole, or to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream, for topping
- 1/4 cup taco sauce, or to taste

Heat a saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter, stirring occasionally until it reaches a smooth consistency. Introduce sliced mushrooms into the saucepan and cook them gently, stirring occasionally until they become tender and soft, taking approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Remove any excess butter from the saucepan using a paper towel, then return it to medium heat.

Add taco seasoning powder to the saucepan and stir it in thoroughly, allowing the flavors to meld together for about 2 minutes more.

Arrange each tortilla on a plate and top it generously with a few tablespoons of the mushroom mixture, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, thinly sliced onion, dollops of guacamole, a spoonful of sour cream, and a few dashes of taco sauce.
