- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas

Add sliced mushrooms and diced red bell peppers to the skillet, stirring occasionally until they become tender and have a rich texture, approximately 20 minutes.
