  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine milk, beans, brown sugar, egg, coffee, cocoa powder, cornstarch, chili powder, and garam masala in a blender until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Place the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium heat, where it will begin to thicken, 10 to 15 minutes. Monitor the mixture closely and stir constantly to prevent scorching.

Once the mixture has thickened, remove it from the heat source and stir in butter until it's fully incorporated and the mixture is shiny and smooth.
