- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons Argo® Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius).

Next, lightly coat an 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pan with a thin layer of cooking spray.

Combine the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt - in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, ripe bananas, oil, and a hint of vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until the flour is evenly moistened.
