  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 7/8 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe avocado
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
