  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Next, take some butter and rub it onto the surfaces of two 9x5-inch loaf pans to prevent sticking.

Now, combine the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg - in a bowl using a sifting motion.
