- 8 cups orange blossom honey
- 5 cups water
- 2 cups white wine vinegar
- 12 large sprigs fresh mint

Combine honey and water in a cooking vessel; heat until it reaches its boiling point, stirring continuously to facilitate the honey's dissolution. Introduce vinegar into the mixture and decrease the heat to a low simmer, allowing the flavors to meld together for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove the cooking vessel from the heat source.

Dip mint leaves into the warm syrup and permit it to cool down to room temperature before refrigeration.

Discard the used mint leaves and store the syrup in the refrigerator for later use.
