- 2 (4 inch) pita bread rounds

- 1/4 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of three seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit or one ninety-zero degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, combine the juice of lemons, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Using a whisk, mix in olive oil until the dressing is thoroughly combined.

Brush approximately one tablespoon of the dressing onto each pita bread and arrange them on a baking sheet. Set aside the remaining dressing.

In another large bowl, combine fresh spinach, juicy tomatoes, and pitted olives. Pour the remaining dressing over the vegetables and mix until they are evenly coated.
