Next, incorporate the eggs and maple syrup into the blend until it reaches a uniform consistency. Transfer the mixture to a piping device.

Heat a poffertjes cooking vessel over extremely high heat and lightly coat the indentations with a thin layer of oil or non-stick spray. Fill each indentation 3/4 full with the batter mixture from the piping device and cook over extremely high heat until it turns a golden color; use a fork to flip them over and cook the other side until it also reaches a golden color.
