Collect all necessary ingredients beforehand.

Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe container with a secure lid. Combine milk and salt; thoroughly blend the mixture.

Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on maximum power for 30 seconds. Take out the bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs again, making sure to scrape down the sides of the container, and put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds.

Continue this process, stirring every 30 seconds for up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Stop when the eggs have achieved the desired consistency.
