Combine dry ingredients, including flour, sugar, and baking powder, in a mixing vessel. In a separate container, whisk together the mashed banana, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a uniform batter is achieved.
