Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 6 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat your oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit (or 95 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

Create a layer of sliced red peppers and tomatoes at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by an arrangement of tilapia fillets on top.

Mix water, oil, paprika, bouillon granules, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined; pour the mixture over the tilapia fillets, then sprinkle with parsley on top.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent moisture from escaping during cooking.

Cook the tilapia and vegetables in the preheated oven until they become tender and flake easily with a fork, approximately 1 hour.
