- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to the medium-high temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit (or equivalently, 165 degrees Celsius).

Next, lightly coat the interior surface of a standard-sized loaf pan with a thin layer of cooking oil or non-stick spray.

Mix together half of the BBQ sauce, vegetarian burger crumbles, diced green bell pepper, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and the beaten egg in a large mixing container.

Add a pinch of thyme, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper to the mixture for added flavor.

Transfer the combined ingredients into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for a period of 45 minutes.

After removing the loaf from the oven, pour the remaining BBQ sauce over its surface. Continue baking until the loaf is fully set and firm to the touch, approximately 15 minutes longer.
