Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) packages refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 pound cooked ham, sliced
- 1/4 pound Capacola sausage, sliced
- 1/4 pound salami, sliced
- 1/4 pound pepperoni sausage, sliced
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Firstly, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), making sure it reaches the desired temperature before proceeding.

Next, allow the dough to rise according to the package's specific instructions. Once it has reached the desired level of rise, punch down the dough to release any air bubbles.

Then, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and set them aside for a moment.

On a lightly floured surface, begin to shape each piece of dough into an elongated oval form.

After that, take a generous amount of your preferred sauce and spread it evenly across each piece of dough.

Following that, layer the ham, capicola, salami, and pepperoni in a harmonious combination.

Add a pinch of garlic powder to enhance the flavor, and then top each piece with mozzarella cheese, onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper.

Now, bring the long sides of each piece together over the center, pinching them firmly in place to seal the edges.

Turn the dough over so that the seam is facing downwards, and carefully place it on an ungreased baking sheet.

Using a sharp knife, make 3 diagonal cuts along the top of each piece to allow any excess steam to escape.
