  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons green tea powder (matcha)

Preheat your oven to the optimal temperature of 320 degrees Fahrenheit (or 160 degrees Celsius, if you prefer metric).

Next, take a small loaf pan and give it a light coating of non-stick spray to prevent the cake from sticking.

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and egg whites using an electric mixer to create a smooth, fluffy mixture. Continue beating until stiff peaks form, indicating that the mixture is light and airy.
