Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons dijon honey mustard
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions
1
Combine the oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl using a whisking motion to blend the ingredients smoothly.
2
Next, place the pork into a large plastic bag that can be sealed and pour in the marinade mixture. Remove as much air as possible from the bag before sealing it tightly.
3
Refrigerate the marinated pork for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
4
Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 175 degrees Celsius, if your oven uses Celsius).
5
Transfer the pork to a suitable baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure the meat is fully coated.
6
Bake the pork in the preheated oven until it reaches a slightly pink color in the center, taking approximately 45 to 60 minutes. To ensure the pork is cooked thoroughly, use a thermometer to check its internal temperature; it should read at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit (or 63 degrees Celsius).
