Maple Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions
1
Combine the ingredients of mustard, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, and maple syrup in a bowl. Place the pork fillet in a shallow dish and coat it evenly with the marinade, ensuring that every surface is well-covered. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
2
Heat up your grill to a medium-low temperature. Remove the pork fillet from the marinade and set it aside for now. Transfer the remaining marinade to a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat on your stovetop for 5 minutes.
3
Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking, and then place the meat on the grate. Grill the pork for around 15-25 minutes, basting it with the reserved marinade every now and then. The pork is done when the interior reaches a safe internal temperature, which should be no longer pink.
