Preheat your oven to a high temperature, specifically 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend eggs until they are just broken down. Then, add milk, maple syrup, and a hint of vanilla extract; continue to mix until the ingredients are well combined.
