- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Combine minced garlic, oyster sauce, and curry powder in a non-reactive container. Blend the ingredients until well combined.

Add chicken pieces to the marinade mixture and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least half an hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat oil in a large cooking vessel, such as a skillet or wok, over medium-high heat.
